What’s a Gaggle?
A Gaggle is a group of employees or other stakeholders that choose to participate in your online marketing efforts, such as sharing content and taking action on your company’s behalf. All Members of a Gaggle receive the same content and activities. Some companies choose to use multiple Gaggles so they can segment content and activities in accordance with their content strategy. Pricing is per Gaggle unless an enterprise Subscription is acquired. enterprise subscriptions allow for many Gaggles to be created under a unique Member count.
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
For credit card billing, you can select monthly or yearly payments for our regular subscription plans. Annual invoices can be made for purchases $6,000 per year or more. Enterprise subscriptions are only available for annual periods and require payment in the beginning of the term.
What happens if I go over my subscription?
Gaggle Managers have the ability to invite and remove Gaggle Managers. Should a Gaggle exceed the allocated number of Members, the additional Members will still be able to join, but will not be able to receive any content or activities until the Subscription is increased to the appropriate level.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for most subscriptions. Enterprise subscriptions are annual payment only with the option to pay by check or wire transfer (we can invoice you with net 30 terms).
What happens after my trial?
You can upgrade to any subscription any time during your one week trial. However, if you hit the end of your trial without choosing a subscription, your account will be put on hold (your Members, reports, and historical data will all stay safe and sound for two weeks.) Arrangements can be made ahead of time to extend that period.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract on the monthly subscriptions — it is pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty. The enterprise subscriptions and annual payment plans are one-year contracts. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year or choose a longer period.
